All orders are carefully packed and shipped from the United States. For now, we only deliver within the United States.

Processing Time

Each needlepoint item is handmade, and in some cases, made to order. We have a small team working hard to get your packages to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Pre-order or custom items with longer processing times have additional details on their product pages. Processing times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping options are shown at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to populate.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping timelines provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a package is in the hand of the carrier, Maddie Moo is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery errors.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Maddie Moo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Once your order is shipped, the shipping address cannot be updated.

Lost or Delayed Packages
