All orders are carefully packed and shipped from the United States. Once an order has shipped, Maddie Moo is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Processing Time

Each needlepoint item is handmade, and in some cases, made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Processing times that vary from the standard are listed on individual product pages and may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping options are shown at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping timelines provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, Maddie Moo is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery errors.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Maddie Moo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
